Problem with DTS Monaco, Venice v 8.3.12

Hello to all.
Installation of monaco was successfull .
New license.
Monaco starts ok, but when i start venice i see the message:

Initialation of BaseSystem failed! Unknown error 0x8427E37 license init failed!

(working in demo mode)

Is that normal or what is wrong with the installation?
